TUESDAY 17:00 -18:00 -19:00 SESSIONS ARE NORMALLY 70 MINUTES DEPENDING ON THE TRAINING OBJECTIVES
THURSDAY 18:00 & 19:00 SIX WEEK PROGRAMS THURSDAYS ARE COMPLIMENTARY TO THE TUESDAY SESSION.
THE SESSIONS ARE BOOKED ON THE MEMBERS APP AND ADVERTISED A MONTH IN ADVANCE
TYPICALLY WE MEET AT THE BANDSTAND HOWEVER WE DO MOVE AROUND THE PARK DEPENDING ON THE SESSION THE EXACT LOCATION IS SHOWN ON THE APP.
