EVROTAS TRAINING TAKES PLACE THREE DAYS A WEEK ON MONDAY (7PM), WEDNESDAY (7PM) & FRIDAY (06:30AM)

MONDAY 19:00              SESSIONS ARE NORMALLY 90 MINUTES DEPENDING ON THE TRAINING OBJECTIVES

 

 TUESDAY  (AM) 06:15 DRILLS AND SKILLS WORKING ON ANY PARTICULAR INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT AREAS 

WEDNESDAY  19:00      WE CYCLE THROUGH A 3 WEEK PROGRAM TRACK - HILLS - STREET RUN

 

                          THE SESSIONS ARE BOOKED ON THE MEMBERS APP AND ADVERTISED A MONTH IN ADVANCE

  • CONDITIONING AND STRENGTH SESSIONS ARE HELD WEEKLY ON  A MONDAY EVENING. THESE ARE WOD BASED WITH A FIXED OUTPUT, FINISH WHEN COMPLETE 

  • DISTANCE SESSIONS MINIMUM 10 MILES DEPENDING ON THE CYCLE AND SEASON
