EVROTAS TRAINING TAKES PLACE TWO DAYS A WEEK ON TUESDAY (5,6 & 7PM), THURSDAY ( 6PM & 7PM) 

TUESDAY 17:00 -18:00 -19:00        SESSIONS ARE NORMALLY 70 MINUTES DEPENDING ON THE TRAINING OBJECTIVES

THURSDAY  18:00 & 19:00             SIX WEEK PROGRAMS THURSDAYS ARE COMPLIMENTARY TO THE TUESDAY SESSION. 

 

                          THE SESSIONS ARE BOOKED ON THE MEMBERS APP AND ADVERTISED A MONTH IN ADVANCE

TYPICALLY WE MEET AT THE BANDSTAND HOWEVER WE DO MOVE AROUND THE PARK DEPENDING ON THE SESSION THE EXACT LOCATION IS SHOWN ON THE APP.

  • CONDITIONING AND STRENGTH SESSIONS ARE HELD WEEKLY ON  A SATURDAY MORNING . (THIS IS AN ADDITIONAL OPTION TO THE STANDARD CLUB TRAINING 

  • DISTANCE SESSIONS VARY DEPENDING ON THE TRAINING OBJECTIVES
